E. A. Poe Museum

                                               
I took a trip to see some family in Virginia not too long ago and just HAD to go to the nearby Edgar Allan Poe Museum in Richmond. It was on my bucket list for a long time and now I can check it off!

 

There are so many amazing artifacts from his life on display and you truly get a sense of what his time spent in Richmond may have been like at the time. If you are ever in the Richmond area and are a Poe fan, you have to check it out. A great memorial to one of America's great horror legends. Here are just a couple of the pictures I took there.

Driving through California this time of year, as I’m sure in many other places throughout the USA, you always see really cool handmade advertisements for Pumpkin Patches from local farmers and the like. I went to do some shopping recently and as I parked my car in the lot I had this eerie feeling that I was being watched. As it turns out, I was. Not by a lurking would-be murderer or thief, but by this spooky ass tree!

The Jack O'Lantern Resort is conveniently located off of I-93, approximately a two hour ride from Boston, three and a half from Montreal and five hours from New York!
