I took a trip to see some family in Virginia not too long ago and just HAD to go to the nearby Edgar Allan Poe Museum in Richmond. It was on my bucket list for a long time and now I can check it off!
There are so many amazing artifacts from his life on display
and you truly get a sense of what his time spent in Richmond may have been like
at the time. If you are ever in the Richmond area and are a Poe fan, you have
to check it out. A great memorial to one of America's great horror legends.
